This one is a rendering looking from the mud room tiled entrance
looking towards the fireplace. Pergo floors, a window seat with
storage by the fireplace, the cabs on the right are custom the center piece would be store bought for the electronics. (We can build the built ins to match the center piece) If you wanted to see the actual river rock have a look at past projects at the Doc's office, they are man made and cover the aquarium wall & desk. The fireplace can be gas and programmable similar to the one from the Green Valley Project. |

A rendering of the addition, south facing patio sliders, a colored
aggragate patio & walk, there would be gravel each side of the walk to a 6x6 retaining wall at the back for the grade change, also a french drain type of system daylighting each side of the walk at level grade to carry the run off but below sight. New gable roof w/architectural composite shingles, stucco & T1-11 siding to match existing. |

Over the front, I haven't put the skylights in as yet but two over
this gable was suggested by the roofer to let more light into the gable window for the new dining room. Also a suggestion was made to put a gabled trellis but I think it may get too busy. |

Over the back, 2 skylights each side of this gable as well. New
landscape deck off of the 2nd bdrm, also you'll notice I've incude a entrance to the new bath from that room as well. |
