The Barnett Valley project
This project is a full remodel & renovation with an addition as well as an seperate structure for an art
studio. The construction is underway and we expect a late Feb. completion. |

We have de-constructed this projects existing residence down to the platform &
are recycling as much material as we can into the new construction. |

The floor framing (pony walls) has been completed on the addition and the Art
Studio. |

Sept 30 / roof start & plumbing rough
Nov 3 / roof complete & inspected, interior framing (ceiling joists etc.) complete,
ext. painting & siding 1/2 completed
Dec 9 / art studio floor completed & inspected (floor), the Art Studio's roof is framed (roof) and
shingled and the walls are completed (wall framing 2). The rough ins are completed on the
addition, mechanical, electrical & plumbing. Added 2 new categories, exterior shots and wall
framing 2. Lot's of updates this time... and I'm gathering shots of the interiors added details.
Jan 20 / art studio & main house exteriors completed & inspected (exterior), the interior
finishes have begun (interior), the decks have begun (decks), the mechanical rough ins and gas lines are completed & inspected (plumbing) |

The plumbing rough in is complete on the addition, the mechanical (furnace &
duct work) are roughed in, and the electrical rough ins are complete and we'll be going for close in inspection this week. |

The roof framing & sheathing is completed & inspected on both the addition &
the Art Studio and they have both been shingled |

We have completed framing the walls on the Art Studio
|
