The new dining room plan

I enlarged the existing and opened it up into the living room.

A built in unit will act as a display cabinet, a serving center
and a place to store the formal silverware etc. There will be a
12 X 12 deck directly off of the back patio doors for outdoor
entertaining and dining.

Note: The doors will be changed from sliders to french at the deck
a better choice don't you think?

This is a view from the patio doors in the future I will place the
before and after pictures.
