The new Kitchen plan

I've had to keep the existing width due to two beams that
support the roof loads. Also you'll see the work triangle is a
little larger than I would like but the owner requested I place the
sink at this part of the counter, facing the nice view. I had
designed this as a breakfast penninsula.

This is a view of the finished kitchen from sitting at the
telephone and work station. I'll will get a before and after
picture from this view in the future.
