< HEALDSBURG REMODEL

The Bodega Bay project, we designed this renovation and drafted the plans. Working with the Bodega Harbor HOA and the home owners all of the exterior had a set criteria.

A full systems upgrade added a bath, master ensuite, laundry, office, two fireplaces, new constuction for a better layout, exterior decks and building repairs.

A design build remodel near Santa Rosa that we took down to the floor, and expanded the footprint with an addition.

A highly efficient and Green remodel with all new mechanicals and super insulated. The owners, professors at UC Davis, say they compared their 1/4 size propane tank use to the neighbors full size tank with the same size home and they refill one to four.

< BODEGA HABOR REMODEL

The addition was calculated to be the largest allowable for the property size in Sonoma County at the time of the remodel.
We also added an art studio see buildings.

Bodega Bay Design Build Remodel

We re-used every stick of lumber
from the existing building in this
"GREEN" addition.

A design build for a small home on a hillside. The owner has since sold at an excellent profit and moved. She was on a tight budget but required more living space.

The entrance was on the 2nd floor so we converted the garage and placed the expansion over a new 2 story addition. We planned for multiple phases of improvements but after our remodel the owner recieved an offer she couldn't refuse.

I have been in building and construction for over 30 years. From an accredited apprenticeship program and twice in college for architectural drafting and advanced carpentry technology through being a superintendent building subdivisions and condos to running my Construction company I am a trained educated professional.

I pay attention to the details and can work with you so we get the perfect design using my cadd program before we go to plans.
We'll work on the budget together and on a personal basis we'll build your project to the scope you dreamed of.
I work on site with a small crew and use professional trades.
I don't use "handymen" when it comes to your families safety.

< SONOMA COUNTY REMODEL & RENOVATION
The Barnett Valley Project

We can build to your design aesthetics and specifications as shown by this eclectic style by one of our wonderful owners.

We worked with an interior designer and the owner on this remodel. Ultimately it was the owners vision who picked the colors and textures. We removed a wood burning fireplace that was way too large and inefficient upgraded all of the cabinetry, added new floors, deck and installed new A/C and heating.

The Green Valley Project

Even with our tight building budget we were able to include a raised ceiling with clerestory windows and a new gas fireplace with a remote and auto controlled to come on by thermostat.

A T&G roof over a stamped concrete deck with a high end fir door. A serene get away for morning tea and enjoy the Sonoma County view.
