What is Design/Build and what are the benefits?

* Provide drawings and 3-D models so you can fully understand the space.
* Establish the working budget early on in the project, with allowances for creative change.
* We'll be with you throughout the project providing experience and expertise.
* From beginning to end, you'll have a clear understanding of construction, budget & design.
* We'll co-ordinate all of the trades and construction schedules.
* We'll administer all of the sub-contracts, permits, site reviews, materials, products and drawings.
* All of that and more within a creative friendly atmosphere of respect and professionalism.

We also have the unique ability to work across the interet and have completed projects from as far away as Geneva Switzerland, or even Davis for a wonderful couple that retired here (The Barnett Valley Project) . That allowed us to cut down on the commuting but the owners were still able to work through their project via pictures & email.

Concrete Work
We work closley with reputable sub-contractors to ensure quality & secure foundation work.
We are available for contract on those smaller projects as well, deck piers, slabs for your propane tanks or water tanks, and retrofitting.

Carpentry & Rough Framing
We provide for full renovation, restoration, additions and new homes and usually only frame the major projects we design ourselves. We do however, carpentry & rough framing for smaller projects such as a kitchen, bath remodel you are doing yourself. We will move a wall place/replace a door or window, frame in for pocket doors, repair stairs so keep us in mind if we can assist you on those projects. We can produce plans quickly for out buildings such as a garden shed, shop, pump house repairs to decks etc.

Decks & Landscape Carpentry
Innovative deck design using the latest technology is one of our specialties. We can also do gazebos and artistic landscape structures as trellis work or garden entries.

We provide full design and remodel services including high end custom cabinets.

Engineered Flooring
We use and install a high end engineered flooring called "alloc" email us for details or visit our forum and ask any question you may have on this or any project.

Historic Restoration and Fine Finish Carpentry and Millwork
One of our specialties is historic preservation and restoration, we won awards for our work and attention to detail. We will come in and trim out your house with new casing & base, or install crown molding for you. We can do libraries and bookcases to kitchen wainscots and fine detail woodwork. Commercial & Tenant Improvements
