"VERY" COMPACT HEADER (Gene Brott)
Revamped page header. Section now includes only header image, links, and log in boxes (see below) or logged in status. "New Topic" and "Reply" images removed.

HEADER LOG IN (Gene Brott)
User Name and Password input boxes have been added to the page header. This allows a user to easily log in while on any page of the message boards.
PERMANENT LOG IN (Gene Brott)
Users may, at their option, check the "Keep me logged in" box and receive a cookie that will log them in automatically upon their return to the message boards. This feature does not write information to the database, and may be fully implemented independently on multiple computers. If a user has two user names and has selected the "Keep me logged in" option, the user name last logged in will be the one logged in upon return.

| REGISTRATION |
|
SENDPASS REGISTRATIONS (Gene Brott)
This option, selectable by the Adminstrator, forces a registrant to enter a valid email address. The forum sends a random password to the registrant's registered email address. The user has to enter that password to log in. Once logged in the user may change his or her password.
|
USER EMAIL CHANGE OPTION (Gene Brott)
This option, selectable by the Administrator, will set whether or not users may change their email addresses.
"FREE" EMAIL ADDRESS REJECTION (Gene Brott)
This option, selectable by the Administrator, will reject registrations if the registered email address contains a domain in a reject list. The email reject list is maintained via an Administration Panel interface. This forum was pre-loaded with over 400 "free" email addresses. If the feature is turned on, any registration using one of these email domains would be rejected. This is helpful to restrict "problem" users from gaining access to registered-only areas. Specific domains may be added to the reject list at any time in the event a problem user is registering with a non-free-email domain.

SOLID COLOR OR IMAGE PAGE BACKGROUNDS (Gene Brott)
Handled via themes, the Administrator may elect to use a solid color or image as page backgrounds for the forums. If a solid color is required, the Administrator must enter the color number (i.e., #000000) into the "background" field. If an image is required, the Administrator must upload the image into the "images" directory and enter the image name into the "background" field. (Note: the image entered is relative to the "images" directory, as noted on the themes pages.)

CELL STYLE HOVER COLOR (Gene Brott)
Handled via themes, the Administrator may select the color to be used for Cell Styles here.
IMAGES OR TEXT FOR VARIOUS LINKS (Gene Brott)
Handled via themes, the Administrator may elect to use plain text or images for various links throughout the forums. They may also be mixed-and-matched, using text for some and images for others.
BORDERS ON PAGE_HEADER AND PAGE_TAIL (Gene Brott)
Handled via themes, the Administrator may elect to show a border on the page_header and page_tail portions of the pages. Each part is handled separately (yes or no), therefore the Administrator may elect to show the border on the page_header but not the page_tail.
